I don't hear the story of Collar in here, but maybe I don't want to. It feels more like the ambiance of a post-apocalyptic cityscape, more incidental than cinematic. The main theme is pretty good, a little odd with the plucky strings and slightly offbeat production. "Lana" and "Street Trash" are really good but sounding way out of place within the context of the album, also appearing on Neoncholy. Of all the incidental stuff, the oppressive distorted drone of "Heads or Tails" remains in my mind.
